What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Payments are made through PayPal. You do not have to have a paypal account to use your credit card. To pay with credit card – Visa, MasterCard or Amex, Discovery, please proceed with PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account and will have the option to use credit card payment when you submit your order. Your email address will be required to continue with checkout, we WILL NOT use your email for any purpose other than processing your order. Thank you for ordering from Leather Luggage Store. Your credit card will be charged a $1.00 card authorization fee, which will be refunded to your card within a few days. (this is a routine charge to authorize your credit card)

What do I do if I have problems with my order?

If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What if I’m looking for an item that you don’t currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can’t find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.
